Privacy policy — deployment draft

Castara Renew stores your email, password hash, preferences, subscriptions, categories, and reminder delivery records to provide this service. We do not request bank credentials, payment card numbers, or advertising identifiers.

Your choices

Export your data from Import & export. Change notification preferences and retention in Account settings. Delete your account there with password confirmation. Deletion removes associated live records; encrypted backups follow the operator’s retention schedule.

Email and retention

If configured, the operator’s email provider processes delivery addresses and reminder content. Activity and reminder history are removed according to your retention setting. Account records remain until deletion. No advertising trackers are included.

Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, contact address, hosting and email processors, backup retention, jurisdiction, and the process for exercising privacy rights. This draft does not assert legal compliance.
