How are renewal dates calculated?

Dates follow a calendar, anchored to your first billing day. January 31 becomes February 28 or 29, then March 31. Dates are stored without a time; reminder delivery uses your selected IANA time zone.

Can I mix currencies?

Yes. Each currency gets its own totals. No exchange rates are assumed and different currencies are never added together.

Will this cancel my subscriptions?

No. Manage cancellations with the original provider, then record the effective cancellation date here. Savings are estimates, not confirmed refunds.

What if email is unavailable?

Reminders remain in Notifications when the scheduled job runs. Email delivery needs an operator-configured SMTP provider. Check important renewal dates directly.

Can I bring my existing data?

Use Import & export for CSV preview, header mapping, validation, and duplicate checks. Amounts in CSV are integer minor units: USD 9.99 is 999; JPY 100 is 100. Reminder offsets use semicolons.

How do I protect my account?

Use a unique password of at least 12 characters and verify your email. Account settings lets you revoke all sessions or permanently delete your account.
